I haven’t been this jacked up in a while. This team can beat anyone as is. Earlier in the year I couldn’t say that but John Schneider deserves GM of the year. We’re freakin stacked and I wouldn’t be surprised if they went deep

Rams beat the Bills and the 49ers pummeled a terrible Bears team. I'm excited the team is 8-5, but those two showed they still have somewhat of a pulse. Winning out would be phenomenal, but the Rams are a must win and beating the Packers, Vikings, or both would be a huge statement itself.
I'm hoping the 49ers destroy the Rams...

Yeah, i've been excited all season regardless of the record. We finally have something different and it appears to be going in the right direction exceeding all expectations.

I agree. If we make the playoffs that is simply a bonus. I am delighted to see such progress on defense and in game adjustments. Feels like we are going places and have something to look forward to.

Bit concerned that we're that big of dogs at home vs. Green Bay, who we've historically owned. Feels like this game might be another a growing pain rude awakening, even though I feel we are better.

Just raises red flags to me.

But, but, but the Rams and 9ers won!!!!

Let’s go shrink and shrivel and worry we can’t win the division because these two MASH teams are going to beat us!

Man, we are a rough crowd of PTSD. Even with the proof in our face that we are trending up, we still have to be scared that these teams will suddenly destroy our chances.

Have some faith peep
PTSD is right. Just like in 48 when we were up 14 points at one point - yesterday when we were 14 up I was like: "welllllll we could still use another score for insurance."

:)

Sheesh, we are 8-5 with a commanding lead in the division with 4 games left. How about a little excitement you reprobates?!

Have you seen the remaining schedule?

Are you aware of what we are facing?

Rams breathing down our necks on top of that.
I don’t think the NFCW has a wildcard
Personally I’m too stressed to be excited.

Worst part is, I’ve already got a packer fan buddy talking smack.

BTW
Rams have:

9ers
Jets
Cards
Hawks

In my wine stupor last night I mistakenly used the word “commanding”. Clearly we don’t have a commanding lead. Blame the dopamine release.

However, I definitely respect we have a tough road ahead. I said it in another thread, I can almost guarantee it’s going to come down to that final game against the Rams for the division.

Man, I can just feel it.

I think we can see what Grubb can bring if his O line is just functional let alone being good to great, Sataoa Laumea has seeming solidified a ongoing issue, Run game has improved each game he has been in, Geno if I read it correctly basically untouched yesterday also. JSN has broke out, worry about DK and Lockett's production lately, DK gimped possibly and Lockett was injured also. Hopefully thinks keep trending on the improvement scale, and don't replace Sataoa Laumea, if it works don't fix it.
That's the only thing that worries me is if Grubb stops doin what works like so many OCs before him but if he can just keep the opposing D off balance ALL game we can win out
The falcons safety play was atrocious on a few of those easy tds and I can't believe for a minute MM would let that go or even call a gameplan that would allow those to be so easy
The D reclamation is coming along much quicker than it did in baltimore for him so I have hope, just haven't watched any packer games to speak of this year so I gotta catch up

Don’t apologize for being excited about our final push to a possible division title / playoff spot.

As much as I’ve been posting facts and figures I still hold a lot of hope and excitement for what the next month holds.

Don’t let my realism drain your optimism. Who knows maybe we are going to win out and make a run.

Yep, me thinks the "not so sure about Macdonald" talk was WAYYYY premature.
Premature?

Heck, that talk will be back in full force the second we drop one of the last four games against two (maybe three) playoff bound teams.

I have a thought. In a thread not three days ago 44% of people said Grubb should or will be fired.
