In probably the second least surprising news of the off season, Donald worked out at the Rams’ facility today.

BTW, fun fact :

In 2020, Sam Darnold on an 0-13 Jets team went up to SoFi and beat a Rams team with an in-his-prime 29-year-old Aaron Donald. It would be the only time he ever faced him.

Result? Jets won 23-20 in a MASSIVE upset.

Donald only had a half-sack in that game.

So if Sam was able to get the better of a 29-year-old in-his-prime Donald then with a sh*tty Jets team, he'll have no issues worrying about Mr. 35-year-old while QB'ing a dominant Superbowl-Caliber Seahawks Team.

(yes, I know Garrett is the real threat but I'm just pointing out that Donald won't have the impact some expect. Didn't faze Darnold then, won't faze him now)

lol 35 yr old man trying to stay relevant in a young man’s sport. Just cuz he’s “in shape” does mean shit.

Father Time always wins. But hey if roid raging Donald wants to go out bottom instead of going out in too be it.

All this just to beat Sam lol.

IMO Rams are mentally broken, and scattering and scrambling like bitches to stay relevant. This year? I doubt they’ll make the post season and if they do they’ll be bounced, one and done. Stafford won’t make it the whole season with his glass back. Garrett … same thing age, oh and he’s in a real division with real opponents. They were stupid to trade for him.

Imagine if Garrett brings the Cleveland-Browns-Stench-of-Losing to the Rams....

I would not stop laughing if they started 2-3 and ended up missing the playoffs....

I don't know how it's going to work out, but it never works out like you think it will (from their POV). This season will be fun, but I also look forward to their hangover next year. They got age, depth, draft pick, and UFA issues.

Rams D will be good, but I predict Seahawks will be one of just two or three teams netting more than 300 yards on offense per game against them. Even if Donald returns, meh, he would be going against an entirely different Seahawks team compared to when he played against them before, and it's probably going to frustrate the hell out of him.

Sorry Mr. Schefter, I didn't catch that, did Aaron Donald work out today for the Los Angeles Rams, per NFL Wire? Say it a third time for those of us in the back.
Well now...the sports media is just its job to make sure that every single one of us is fully aware that the Rams are assembling the greatest team in NFL history to try and beat some irrelevant divisional team that barely won the SuperBowl because of some lucky fluke.

I expect an injury for Donald - if he shows up. Guys that retire and come back often get injured.

I recall some years ago the the media was crowning the Broncos as the greatest offensive team ever.

Then--------- 43-8

Offensive was right after all.

I live with a Rams fan and don't hear as much about the Rams as you seem to. Time to consider that you may be looking for stuff about the Rams.
I listen to sports radio every day. I watch a lot of it on TV.

Rams have been crowned by MOST. And yes, I will always make more out of it. It's the Rams.
Crowning a team everywhere you look and listen just gets old.
Can't wait to see them choke. AGAIN.

Well Mcvag is already starting off contentious based on his media time concerning their trip to Australia, "I don't want to talk about it." They are going to blow up at some point this year, they have put the weight of the league on their backs, they don't exactly have the most stable group of guys to do that, tensions will cause them to implode I think.
