I'd suspect it's for Jordan (Julian) Love but given the sheer number of potential roster returns from IR you'd potentially expect it could be for several others. Hawkstorian has checked in on this and makes many solid observations. I suspect we'll see several moves as the team returns to health. I'd not be surprised to see at least one or two the players cut re-signed to the PS if they clear waivers or wish to return.

Um ---- Julian !
My bad, mea culpa!!! I just haven’t heard this guy’s name mentioned enough recently watching the D.

The team is a stronger team with our Julian Love playing. I truly want to see Julian thumping Jordan when it counts this year.

Thanks kidhawk always appreciated!!!

Looks like there might be a few more roster moves before the end of the week. Meanwhile the team has a window of 3 weeks to decide if the players now practicing will in fact return to the active roster, or be kept on IR.

Updated.

Thank you gentlemen!!!

Much appreciated!!!

Updated..

The news on Julian Love (LOL) seems to not be as positive as I thought it’d be, still limited in practice so now thinking the team will give him another week before he’s activated. My money is on Jarran Reed.

Is it just me or does having 4 guys from IR practicing now feel like we are getting ready for end of preseason roster cuts? I’m sure they won’t all come back at once but there will be some tough decisions to be made for sure

I can understand why you are feeling that way. The number of roster changes have been significant and when the returning players actually return the team will need to waive other players that could well a solid future going forward.

There is however a limit on how many players can return from IR each season ( 8 regular season, 2 extra post season). So far they have brought back 3 leaving 5 returns remaining for the regular season.. This means it will be unlikely that all the IRr players will be able to return this season even if healthy.. See attached article: https://www.fieldgulls.com/seattle-...awks-cant-bring-everyone-back-injured-reserve

You have to believe that JS has done a very solid job managing the many injury designations while keeping a competitive core together.

The waiver of Bohanna sure points to the return of Reed this week.

Interesting that from today's presser up to 4 guys could come back from IR. Hard to say that would really happen but let's just say it did.

The guys who could/will come back. Love/Saubert/Young/Reed

So then 4 guys get moved off the main roster. My thoughts right now that would be:

One of Gaskin or Akers. (my guess Gaskin)
Bohanna
Bell
Bobo .... yes ..... the great Jake Bobo who was a healthy scratch and clearly behind Cody White.

I think they like Kallerup enough to want to not expose him. I think Bobo easily would clear waivers and be back on the PS.

These guys as you mention all look somewhat vulnerable, though with the numbers crunch (health) at S, Bell may be safe for now. Are there others?? Perhaps Griffin, who has cleared waivers before, but after that losing a few young promising players to waiver claims may be the unfortunate result.

Then as well there is Mills who may soon be ready, ? Morris, O’Toole, or Ivey?

The safety of the fringe WRs may depend upon how Shaheed progresses with Sam.

Interesting to watch.

Which is the reason why I don't believe they will add Rylie Mills to the roster. Let him sit this season out and be healthy for next season. They don't really need him as the DL rotation is working out great.
