    Cousins heading to Atlanta

I thought Minnesota was going to get it done, but what a payday for Cousins.

    Thought Experiment

So, this idea popped in my head in the 'Was this Pete's Last Game?' thread and just thought I'd take it to a new level. So, it's the end of the 2021 season. We just ended 7-10 and it seems all the fandom has broken down into 'Pete vs. Russ' camps. But in this world, Seahawks ownership doesn't...

    Some Waldron Appreciation

I just wanted to give a little credit to our much-maligned (mostly rightly) OC, Shane Waldron for last night's game. Yes, I was still infuriated that 2nd and anything is pretty much always a run play. (That kind of predictability is so frustrating). But I thought overall he did a good job...

    Our Offense vs. Niners

A playoff game against a team you've already played twice in the year provides a unique opportunity to review what has and hasn't worked over the previous two games against the same opponent. Obviously, a two-game sample size isn't the biggest in the world, so assume everything I post from here...

    Shotgun on 3rd and 1?

Can't see the game right now, so maybe someone can explain to me why we were in shotgun on 3rd and goal at the one?

    No Creativity in Run Game

Still. No motion, no FB use, nothing. Just inside handoff.

    Tackling

Tackling has looked better so far.

    Tony Jones

He finally comes in and we immediately run two straight plays to him. Why, exactly?

    Assisting the Runner Penalty

Do they actually call this 'point of emphasis' or don't they?

    Run Happy Play Calling

Not how our offense works best. This isn't the type of play calling we need, looking like the first Arizona game.

    Bucs Holding A Lot

They got one penalty, but they are selling out on holding. I know TB's OL is terrible this year so maybe gambling on getting called for holding is a smart move but it was pretty blatant that whole drive.

    This Offense Runs Through Geno

I think this game should settle our offensive identity this season. Ken Walker III is a beast. Rashaad Penny was as well. But this offense runs through Geno's arm. Even with rain and wind today, there was no 'running the ball down the throat'. In fact, this was a very pedestrian game for KWIII...

    Stop the First Down Runs!

See title. Drops are killing us but firstdown runs are not working.

Russ trying to command his offense at the line...

He's been absolutely trash. I know he's had to deal with the 12s, but wow.
