    I'm a Portland native and the Blazers are a major part of Portland's identity. Saying "no one cares about Portland" is ill-advised, to be as diplomatic as I can.     This is a cool test. I like it. I even voted for Milroe unwittingly. Highest completion percentage, good td/int ratio, and a ton of rushing yds and td's. I don't care about total yds that much because as we saw with Russ, efficiency is more important. Let's hope Milroe develops.
