I'd take him. Gladly. Love him or hate him, Matt Barkley's a 3 time Captain at USC who has started at QB for 4 years. That's hard gained experience. Compare this to Matt Flynn starting one year at LSU and 2 games of mop up duty for GB. Due to the freefall of Geno, Nassib, and Barkley we are likely to get a shot at a few real nice options in the upgrading Matt Flynn department.

If you can get him in the 4th it's a no brainer right? Or is Matt Scott actually the better prospect, at least for us?

Barkley wasn't as good as he was hyped up to be heading out of the 2011 season, but this drop is insane. He's far better than his 2012 season. I'm shocked a team hasn't gotten the steal of drafting him yet.
