You can draft for the seahawks and make trades, it then gives you a score at the end, I drafted Kyle Long in the 2nd and Jordan Reed in the 3rd, don't remember a lot of the rest, but it gave me a c- grade.

  • The simulator is based on their grades and I'm guessing their perceived needs though. Pick a few drafts and pick best available and you can eventually figure out how they grade people out and get A grades for every pick. I think the first time I did it I got Menelik Watson with our 2nd round pick and got a C if I remember right, you gotta be kidding me.

Here's the last one I did:

Your score is: 3836 (Drafting Ability: A, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 2 Pick 24: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama (A)
Round 3 Pick 25: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee (B-)
Round 4 Pick 26: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn (A-)
Round 5 Pick 5: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State (A)
Round 5 Pick 25: Lonnie Pryor, FB, Florida State (A-)
Round 6 Pick 29 (CINN): Chris Gragg, TE, Arkansas (A)
    Round 7 Pick 8: Caleb Sturgis, K, Florida (A)
Round 7 Pick 9 (NYJ): Brandan Bishop, FS, North Carolina State (A)
Round 7 Pick 14: Gerald Hodges, OLB, Penn State (A)
Round 7 Pick 35 (COMP): Vernon Kearney, CB, Lane College (A)
Round 7 Pick 36 (COMP): Denard Robinson, WR, Michigan (A)

  • I've been trying to play. It won't let me draft because I can't reject trades. I'm at the end of the third round with 20 picks it seems.

    Edit: disregard, figured it out.

  • This was my first go. I'd deficate everywhere if it happened. Light on the o-line, however.

Round 2 Pick 24: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina (B)
Round 3 Pick 26 (G.B.): Cornelius Washington, DE, Georgia (B)
    Round 4 Pick 25 (G.B.): D.J. Swearinger, FS, South Carolina (A)
Round 4 Pick 26: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina (A)
Round 5 Pick 5: Zaviar Gooden, OLB, Missouri (A)
Round 5 Pick 25: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State (A)

Round 7 Pick 35 (COMP): Bruce Taylor, ILB, Virginia Tech (A)
Round 7 Pick 36 (COMP): Jason Weaver, OT, Southern Mississippi (A)

Then I played around some more and picked almost every player I really like in this draft. If only. Hahaha

Round 2 Pick 30 (BALT): Arthur Brown, OLB, Kansas State (A)
Round 3 Pick 25: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina (A)
Round 3 Pick 30 (ATL): Menelik Watson, OT, Florida State (B+)
Round 3 Pick 32 (BALT): Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU (A)
Round 4 Pick 26: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina (A)

Round 4 Pick 32 (BALT): EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State (A)
Round 5 Pick 14 (T.B.): Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina (A-)
Round 5 Pick 25: T.J. McDonald, FS, Southern California (A-)
Round 6 Pick 13 (T.B.): Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina (A)
Round 6 Pick 26: Ace Sanders, WR, South Carolina (A-)
Round 7 Pick 8: Dustin Hopkins, K, Florida State (A)
Round 7 Pick 14: Gerald Hodges, OLB, Penn State (A)
Round 7 Pick 35 (COMP): Matt Scott, QB, Arizona (A)
Round 7 Pick 36 (COMP): Quanterus Smith, DE, Western Kentucky (E)

This system has been fun to play with. It needs tweaking, but I'm enjoying myself.

  • Traded everything available to move into the first round with Minn (including 2 future 1st rounders) and ended with 3 total picks and still got an A and the 13th highest score in the draft (very strange).

Round 1 Pick 23 (MINN): Ezekiel Ansah, DE, Brigham Young (A)
Round 7 Pick 35 (COMP): Abry Jones, DT, Georgia (A)
Round 7 Pick 36 (COMP): Herman Lathers, OLB, Tennessee (A)

  • Well with 25 picks in my draft I think we have a full practice squad and then some, quantity of everything so someone should stick I would think.

It's kinda of cool but, do you think that there are that many trade offers during a real draft, I was getting them before every pick and didn't take an offer in about half my chances.

  • It looked like they adjusted some of the player ranking order. If I use it, I just skip the trades, because they're way too stacked in the user's favor and unrealistic. If you drop a couple slots in a round, you're not going to get the team you trade with's next round pick free and clear.

    Latest one I did:
Your score is: 3871 (Drafting Ability: A, Player Quality A-, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 2 Pick 24: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA (A)
    Round 3 Pick 25: Barrett Jones, C, Alabama (A)
    Round 4 Pick 26: Montori Hughes, DT, Tennessee-Martin (A)
Round 5 Pick 5: Zaviar Gooden, OLB, Missouri (A)
Round 5 Pick 25: Dion Sims, TE, Michigan State (A)
Round 6 Pick 26: Chris Harper, WR, Kansas State (A)
Round 7 Pick 8: Matt Scott, QB, Arizona (A)
Round 7 Pick 14: Zac Stacy, RB, Vanderbilt (A)
Round 7 Pick 35 (COMP): Daimion Stafford, FS, Nebraska (A)
Round 7 Pick 36 (COMP): Dax Swanson, CB, Sam Houston State (A)

  • Bwahahaha... This simulator's a bit ridiculous, but this is what I came up with. If our draft came up like this, I'd cream my shorts.

Round 2 Pick 26 (DEN): Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama (A)
Round 3 Pick 25: A.J. Klein, ILB, Iowa State (A-) - I'd take Mauti over Klein, but their system tricked me.
Round 3 Pick 28 (DEN): Bennie Logan, DT, LSU (C-)
Round 4 Pick 26: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State (A) Yeah... like he's going to be around in the 4th
Round 4 Pick 28 (DEN): Brandon McGee, CB, Miami (Fla.) (A) - Physical Corner... I like him coming up in our secondary.
Round 5 Pick 5: Khaled Holmes, C, Southern California (B) - Could play guard or Center... I'd love this pick if it happened in the 5th. Doubt he makes it to the 5th though.
Round 5 Pick 25: Kenjon Barner, RB, Oregon (A-) - Barner in the 5th is a long shot, but it might happen
Round 6 Pick 26: Kerwynn Williams, RB, Utah State (B+) - Really??? This just isn't going to happen.
Round 7 Pick 8: Robert Lester, SS, Alabama (A) - Really do think he'd be an awesome guy to bring up behind Kam.
Round 7 Pick 14: Graham Pocic, C, Illinois (D), How Pocic gets graded a D in the 7th when he can play Center or OT is beyond me.
Round 7 Pick 35 (COMP): Marcus Davis, WR, Virginia Tech (B+) - Probably not going to make it to the 7th
Round 7 Pick 36 (COMP): Michael Mauti, OLB, Penn State (E) - WTF!?!?! Mauti's an E with near the last pick? Clearly these guys haven't done a lot of homework on the players and how they compare or how their skills translate to the NFL.
