I remember the Giants used to do this with Laurence Taylor. I love to hear the qb's that played back then talk about how they couldn't do their pre snap reads because they were so busy trying to find him and make protection shifts to try and contain him. Jaws said sometimes it rattled him so much he used to forget his play calls or snap counts.

Where's the beef?

I really like the concept of the scheme but with Bennett, Clemons, Arvil and Irvin as our front four, our heaviest lineman would be 270 pounds.


I would rather use the same concept with a five man DL, one less LB and have a big boy in there at DT.
