So much for feminism when you have a liberal woman bitterly attacking another young woman because she has the gall to favor libertarian economics. Disgusting behavior by Moe Tkacik.

I failed so hard at both trying to read that article and to watch that video. I tried though, honest.

I should add it's not only the left, but the same type of shit happened when "Obama girl" had that video and people on the right tore her apart.
Some people can't handle politics. It turns them into malevolent cretins.
And yes, cretin is the right word. Especially for these women who don't even seem to realize they are shitting on feminism and womens rights by attacking others who simply have a different point of view. How dare they not get in line and goose step with the ultra left wing overlords. Dictionary itself provides an example of why cretin is the perfect definition of these people:
Okay, I think some of you are getting too side tracked by the actual music, which wasn't the point of the post. However Moe Tkacik is clearly a dip shit as you can tell in her article. She took a humorous video (by a then 17 year old girl at time of Hayek video) with an economist message and tried to warp it into something dirty and nefarious. It's pathetic and pretty unbelievable to stoop to such a low level. Steven Horowitz pointed it out very well.
People complain about Rush Limbaugh and his condom comments, and they were bad, but it's denial to not see the left has hordes more of nasty people vomiting bile on anyone that challenges their precious point of view. As pig headed as a lot of Christians are, a lot of the left are even worse. They preach tolerance and show none of it for anyone who disagrees with them.

Why can't you write something without sounding literally like your coming out of Limbaugh's anus?
It IS ok to write about political items without saying things like "left wing overlords" or "the left has hordes of" "a lot of the left are..."
Just shut the fuck up about the other side. The entire political spectrum has morons. Both have idiots that just follow blindly. Moe Tkacik is an absolute nobody. This video is terrible and only gains any kind of traction because it's something for both sides to complain about.
Instead of spending time complaining about the other sides response to every fucking little thing, how about we actually have a discussion about issues. Sure is easy to call the right a bunch of gun loving nut jobs and the left a bunch of socialist pansies, but all that does is makes us feel better because we came up with the better zinger. We wonder why nothing ever gets done in our government? Because no one can have an honest conversation. No one can say "Hey, I like that idea, good job, I'll use that".
Who gives a shit about what the left preaches. Stop complaining about the left and form an opinion about something that is beyond either side.
