I'm going to be annoyed if it's an announcement that his wife is pregnant. I mean, if that's it, then congrats/that's cool/etc., but preceding non-team news with a "big news coming" Tweet like that is just wrong and misleading.

I doubt it's Seahawks related, honestly, I bet it's personal or promotional. I can't imagine him even hinting at a move based on inside info, he's too professionally minded for that, I think.

I doubt he's filed his papers or whatever the process is, so I imagine he's the same as any other upcoming FA, not being allowed to be talked to/signed until FA starts (though that's not adhered to).
