I doubt its about a pregnancy.
I would guess its a trade, and more importantly a trade for a WR.
Reasoning:
1. #NoTime2Sleep is regarding preparing for next years Super Bowl Run.
2. If it is a trade or a Free Agent signing.... I doubt Russ would be in the loop if it was a defensive player.
3. He could be notified if it going to affect his Offense. WR is the most pressing need on that side of the ball.

I understand the reference how it could be about children.... however, it is similar to his comments after the season that there was no time to rest. and there would be no offseason. there is more work to do.
