Obviously "state" excludes the Canadian teams in the league. I was trying to think of another MLS team that has no NFL team in its state and I couldn't think of one. Lol Oregon

California is so large that it doesn't technically count, but you have to hand it to L.A. for having not one, but two MLS teams and no NFL team.

Its soutern California. They have something other places don't. Better stuff to do. Its telling there is a stadium (actually two) and no team willing to move to the second largest media market.
