Havnt heard much buzz about it like i have with Dexter, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead and some others, but I really like Steve Buscemi and Michael Shannon so i'm going to give it a try on Netflix.
Is it any good?

I like it. The acting is excellent. If you get a chance watch it and I suspect you will get hooked.

Watched first 7-8 episodes then just got bored of it. Tried watching it all over again and stopped a couple episodes in.

Love this show. Just finished watching season 3 not so long ago. I thought it would go down hill after season 2 but it keeps getting better.

HBO shows don't go on Netflix....?
But it's amazing. Season 3 was a bit slow to start, but it ended up being my favorite thing on television all of last year.

This and Justified are the two shows that I want to start watching but haven't gotten around to yet.
I don't think Boardwalk Empire will ever be on Netflix, since HBO has that HBOGO thing they are trying
to promote for streaming. I think Netflix does stream stuff from FX, though, so Justified might be available.
EDIT - NOPE! No Justified. How odd.

Last season was amazing. It seems the writers purposely infused some much needed action into the series. Alot of times its very chicky, but still well written, kind of like Big Love (which was a pure chick show).
Buscemi is the weak link, IMO. The choices he makes for his role are questionable to say the least. The show lags the more Buscemi-centric it becomes.

Wife likes it...it moves too slowly for me and the time period doesn't overly interest me.

If I can't find a file on a mainstream site, I check FilesTube and BtvGuide, and SolarMovie sometimes has it.
