I renewed my seats with 1/4 down and the rest to be paid in April, May and June.
Instead, they took out HALF right away. Am I the only one?

I did the quarterly installment and they only took the 1/4th payment.

I did the quarterly and only got charged 1/4... sounds like operator error John
