Every year there's a few who are ranked much lower than where they actually go in the draft. Just last year: Fletcher Cox, Mark Barron, Stephon Gilmore, Ryan Tannehill, Shea McClellin, Chandler Jones. (Bruce Irvin had anyone mocked him top-20)
