Please support The Washington State Preservation of Liberty Act, which would prevent the Federal Government from enforcing the NDAA provision that allows the indefinite detention of American citizens. Quote: An anti-NDAA law was introduced by five Washington state Republican lawmakers this week. The bill, dubbed the Washington State Preservation of Liberty Act, comes in response to the controversial National Defense Authorization Act of 2011, which President Barack Obama signed into law a month ago. The legislation, also known as HB 2759, condemns the NDAA's provision that allow for the U.S. military to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens and lawful resident aliens without formally charging them with a crime, according to the Tenth Amendment Center. The bill was introduced Tuesday, first read in the Washington state House of Representatives on Wednesday, and has been forwarded to the House's Judiciary Committee. http://www.ibtimes.com/ndaa-law-news-wa ... ans-405360Here's a copy of what was proposed: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/documents/billdo ... s/1581.pdfAlso, here's a list of phone numbers to our legislature if you would like to call and let them know your thoughts on this Bill. http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rosters/Members.aspx?Chamber=H

Thank God! Who would have thought that Washington of all states would be fighting big government. Crazy!
Whenever I find an impassioned Dear Leader advocate I ask if they can tell me what the NDAA is. They say no. They usually can't tell me what the GPD is or what it stands for... hm...

What does the GPD stand for? And congratulations on knowing morons like yourself. Every time I find a gun loving constitutionalist they can't even tell me what an acronym means.

Despite the fact that in almost every PWR thread I've ever seen him respond too he insults people and then calls them some form of ignorant.

This is not the gun control thread so it will be my last response regarding this.
