Not much of a surprise here. He fully complied with everything the NFL asked of him. Not to reinstate him would have been a bigger shock

After this blew over I stopped paying attention, yeah I am shocked he is back in the league, I hope a player falling out of bounds clips his knee.

That Titans team is primed for a complete collapse. Coach on hot seat? Check. Struggling quarterback? Check. New OC for struggling QB? Check. Impatient meddling owner? Check. Defensive coordinator who rolled over on NFL players to get Roger Goodell's get out of jail free card? Check.
Gregg Williams pointed fingers at not just players, but did so in the face of the NFLPA. The Titans are effed.
