For some reason, I'm imagining a guy calling to complain about the rate hike, Wilson walking by and overhearing the rep talking and asking for the phone, then telling the guy "don't worry, I will make it worth every penny...Go Hawks!"

It wasn't me.  I would guess it was some high roller up in a suite or maybe the club section. I agree with the girl boner assessment. How could she not? Even the guy way back in the photo is probably pitching a tent, which is why he can't sit down.
