Or have an abortion.

The abortion one isn't actually enumerated in the Bill of Rights. Bearing arms and voting both are. That's why, if if one gets canceled out from under me, I demand the opportunity to cancel the other out from under those responsible. I may throw in that your right to a speedy trial by your peers also gets canceled by me. Or your right to free speech.

In purchasing these firearms I went above and beyond the due diligence called upon by federal and state law.

You still haven't answered the question.

I'm trying to cancel out your stupidity with my existence (sorry if I'm not doing a better job).

A well thought out, perfectly enunciated reply which shows careful consideration of both sides of a debate and a logically-arrived-at conclusion. You are to be commended. Dumb fuckin' know-it-all pseudo-intellectual kid.

You're dumb enough to think voting is in the BoR.

Here's a little kerosene for the fire.

Why are fully automatic AR-15 machineguns considered "Personal Defense Weapons" for the Department of Homeland Security, while semi-automatic (one shot per trigger pull) AR-15s are considered "Assault Weapons" to the average person?

https://www.fbo.gov/?s=opportunity&mode ... e&_cview=0

Looks like the DoHS is seeking to purchase as many as 7000 of these so-called "Personal Defense Weapons". Seeing as how the DoHS is not used in any major capacity beyond creating new means for airport harassment and busting copyright violators (terrorists that they are), one must wonder why they could possibly require 7000 more machineguns for "personal defense", in addition to god knows how many that they already have.

I like the fact that a machinegun is being branded as a personal defense weapon by my own government, but it would be nice if they would extend the reach of this beyond their band of federal enforcers.

Guess that'll have to suffice, then.

In that case you have obviously answered my question. You have no idea if those guns you 'allegedly' purchased, were stolen or not.

Way to be 'responsible'.

Nope, I just don't feel like subjecting my methods to your scrutiny, so a vague, ambiguous answer is what ya get. Suffice it to say I take measures to ensure my own legal protection. I'll leave it at that.

So, how would the police in the buy-back program know?

They might have a data-base they could go through?

Do you think anyone going to a buy-back program run by police would go there with a "known" stolen weapon?

Odds are pretty good they weren't stolen, but go ahead with your rant.

Now you've blown my cover, thanks a lot. Men in black suits will be dispatched to deal with you shortly.
