I think coolness is the wrong word. He's been a weird O that played weird O parts most of his life and now in his senior years he's getting back to real acting.

I really liked him in the Sean Penn movie what....In plain sight? When he was a mobster stealing expensive equipment and his son wanted to go another way so he tried to have him killed.

His strangeness made him perfect for Dead Zone and some others. At least the industry recognized his talent for what it was and put him where he could fit in. He was really funny in Run Down with Dwayne Johnson. In his quirky way.

Yep. Cocaine-fueled Robin Williams was pretty damn funny. Sober, half-serious Robin Williams is no reason to go watch a movie.

Not that big of a fan of Robin Williams, to be honest. I actually like Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn. Dan Akroyd and Ben Stiller are up there, too.
