I didn't care for V for Vendetta either, Peaches. High five!

Movies not mentioned: The Crow, From Hell, Road to Perdition.

I think Sin City really is the best done comic movie. Frank Miller is a total badass and offered a lot of help to Rodriguez on doing it right.

And V for Vendetta wasn't great. But I haven't liked Natalie Portman as an actor since The Professional.

The Crow - yes indeed! Fantastic movie. Road to Perdition was also good. And I completely agree on Natalie Portman. Don't care for her as an actress at all.

I actually thought Natalie Portman was pretty good in Black Swan, personally.

You've never been more wrong. Even as wrong as you are about Zooey, this is wronger. I hate you.

Don't care. It's a dreadful film. I didn't care for Scott pilgrim, but I didn't read the comic. Most of the fans of the comic i've talked to really dug it, so I'll give it a pass.

Sin City was fantastic, and i'm eagerly awaiting the next movie coming out this year.

I've never read the Scott Pilgrim comic. It's just a great movie.

Zeb, you lost all credibility with the part about not liking Nolan's Batman movies. At least, numbers one and two. Damn, dude. :-( That's like saying you support giving cancer to puppies and kittens. Why do you support cancer, Zeb? WHY???

Bale's Batman voice ruined it for me. I just can't get passed it. That and the whole Two-Face thing was stupid. Bale's great as Bruce Wayne. Bane was stupid. Don't like Maggie Gyllenhaal. Don't like Katie Holmes. Anne Hathaway's best asset is her ass. Michael Caine's awesome, as is Morgan Freeman, obviously. Heath's Joker was obviously amazeballs. Don't like Liam Neeson. But all that aside, it's the Batman voice. It's like Jar Jar Binks. Unimaginably stupid. Also I do support giving cancer to puppies, or at least making them fight to the death. Not kittens though.

I agree about Bale's Batman voice. Completely unnecessary and hackish, and really the only thing about those movies that annoys me. Well, aside from him miraculously healing from a crippling back injury like that, that was really stupid.

Aside from that, the movies are great.

Bale's Batman voice in the first one was awesome. In #s 2 and 3, it was retardedly over the top and I despised it. I didn't let it change the entire film for me, though.

Me either, but it was bad.

Anyway, I said I didn't love Nolan's Batmans. It's not like I'm saying they were shitty movies.

I don't have any issue with Bale changing his voice, he is trying to conceal a secret identity after all. I feel like he could have done something else though, instead of making it as raspy as he did.

The Scott Pilgrim trades are a great read, and if anyone has teenagers that are interested in getting into comics, that would be a great start.

Also, WOW at that professional comment, LOL! So true.

Seriously though, total fox.

As a fan of Community, I can't watch any of Nolan's Batman movies without hearing Danny Pudi's Batman voice and chuckling. I almost had to excuse myself from the theater during Dark Knight Rises.

and Scott Pilgrim was excellent. I had never read the graphic novel, but the movie hooked me with the 16-bit rendition of the Universal
theme followed by the music to the opening of Legend of Zelda playing as the camera scanned down on Scott's place,
exactly like the game starts.

Best super hero movie right now, for me, is Avengers. Joss Whedon + comics + movie = awesome
