Awesome. It sounds like he is genuinely pumped up and excited to return to the Seahawks. It's cool that he's been actively following them in his free time. Even cooler that Red Bryant, our defensive captain, wants him back. Hopefully that will fire up Bryant and the rest of the defense to go out there and do even better.

I like how Red said Quinn is better prepared against the run than Gus, he should know.

He made it so simplistic that we were able to call out the plays before the teams were able to run them. His attention to detail is just as good as Gus, if not better, in terms of attacking the run.
