This has not been confirmed. RG3 is going to Dr. Andrews tomorrow for a contrast MRI to fully assess the damage.

I hate to say it, but if RG3 is out 14-18 months that helps us out, as we are playing them next year, and doesn't that mean we get to face Cousins or Sexy Rexy next year?

This is all rumors and speculation at this point. Let's hope they're false.

Elway, Davis, Plummer, Portis and now RG3, damn he rides them hard, puts them away wet and dysfunctional. Portis did have success after Denver but not the same back.

IF it truly is, then RG3 confirmed from using an undetectable HGH There have been plenty of players walk off of the field from an ACL tear. Yep. I chopped 7 cords of wood and walked 5 miles to school, uphill, in the snow, with a torn acl. My grandfather did multiple tours in Vietnam in Special Forces on his torn ACL. A badass can run and fight for years on one, but not be an elite athlete. You can even low bar squat with serious weight with no ACL as long as you do it right. Compared to my grandfather, I'm a pussy and will admit it.

My PCL got torn after I got hit by a car on my motorcycle.. I couldn't get into the specialist for over a month because my first doctor told me it was a real slight tear, only needing physical therapy. Well, the first thing out of the specialist's mouth after he saw my MRI was that he hoped I hadn't been walking all that much, as my PCL was torn in half. A two hour surgery would up lasting about 4ish hours because of all scar tissue and stuff that was in there. Rehab SUCKS! I still have problems with the stupid knee. I wish RG3 a speedy recovery, and hopefully he will still be able to play at the level he was before the injury.

i have to disagree with some of you.. if a high profile player is telling you he's good "i'm hurting not injured" then you have to believe in him that he's being honest... now it was obvious to see the limp after the out of bounds play, but Bob was steadily telling ratboy he's good, hell he was gaining 8 , 9 yrds on every scamper, not to mention he had some bad throws, but he had some decent ones too that his recievers dropped or alligator armed, he wasn't completely helpless out there... i put all the blame of Bob Griffin, he was being selfish and his pride could have cost his team the game... because we don't know what Cousins would have done if given the chance.

That's a cop-out, hawker84. Players want to play no matter what, and many aren't above lying their way onto the field. Every fan in the stadium and on TV knew RG3 should have been pulled at halftime, if not earlier. RG3 was stubborn, and Shanahan was stupid. End of story.

That's quite a 'home field advantage' ya got there, Snyder! Not as good as actual fans, but you know what you're doing, right? Right?
