Well from what WE SEE and Hear, his work ethic and tireless study and leading by example, the guy doesn't seem to get rattled and that seems to translate to the rest of the offense. He will go out and block and stick his head in there for a first down. All this and not saying a word in his own behalf but credits his success to everyone on the team.

Guys like to see a Rookie earn his stripes, they will follow him through thick and thing because of his respect for all of them and his willingness to do the dirty work.

Thats on offense and defense.

What do you think are the five best leadership traits of Russell Wilson? Link to eight leadership traits that Wilson displays.
Nice site, but the URL ( http://theseahawks.net ) is kind of a ripoff of seahawks.net. I'm wondering if Rock Hawk might want to look into legal action there.

Did anyone google seahawks.net and get his site?
It doesn't come up yet...too new...no SEO for it yet.
