He's very, very similar to Bevell. When he had good pieces, he did a good job. That said, he's not a guy I'd turn to if I was building an offense out of spare parts like all of his recent hires have.

Raiders had some good offensive talent. Denarius Moore, Jared Veldheer, Darren Mcfadden, Jacoby Ford, Darrius Heyward Bey......

No good QB, but some talent there.
