I want the hate. That means the Hawks are slapping people around and frustrating the media, fans and other players.

This team was pretty successful between the 2002-2007 seasons and it got them nothing in the respect department. That was after owning teams for several straight seasons.

Now the Niners have a division title under their belt, on their way to their second and have won a single playoff game. They come around expecting attention and love for ZERO. Shit.. The Cards did better than that in 2007-2009 and no one gave two squirts about them. Respect isn't ever going to happen.

It is much better to be hated and see your team rise to the challenge, pissing off opposing fans in the process than it is to be "respected". ANYDAY.

Look at the Hawks, got zero respect for beating the Saints in the playoffs.

Yeah we did. everyone talked about that game. What exactly did you want them to do?

The hate doesn't just stem from us being good. Hawks fans are incredibly obnoxious sometimes and have a persecution complex that grinds on people.

Either way. **** em.

I watched today's game with about 20 Seahawk fans. Because there are no other Rams fans in San Diego wherever I watch the game.

I have to say, they were not obnoxious at all. They were quite pouty. As soon as Hawks were not up by 20 in the second quarter, they were all, what is this? And very quiet.

I found myself pointing out good things that the Seahawks did. Was kinda weird.

They all cheered up at the end though.

Congrats on the win! Now, take your team through the playoffs to the SB.

Thanks for coming back! When you guys get better, this rivalry has quite a lot of potential! you played us a lot closer than the Niners :th2thumbs:

On most all the Rams boards they have threads about how much they hate Pete Carroll.

Why?

Why do other fans hate Pete so much? He isnt nasty like Harbaugh, or gruff like Bellicheat. Makes really no sense to me why.

From what I've gathered it's two things:

1) A misconception of the infractions at USC

and

2) Pete not calling the TD call against GB, a call that went for his team and gave them a win, the worst call in history. That's apparently "classless", as if any other NFL head coach would attribute a victory to a 'bad call'.

When their team is getting beat by Carroll and he's celebrating and laughing, apparently this is classless too. Oh, and sends them into a rage!

Anytime I watch games now and see Carroll, well being Carroll, I now think, "Man I bet that is pissing of their fans!"

As I explained in an earlier post, I think the Seahawk hate is from the St. Louis fans.

I think Carroll is hilarious with his sideline antics. I don't follow college football, so no USC hate. He's a smart coach though. As is Fisher.

I do think Harbaugh is the new Cowher and I love watching his mad face when he's losing. I also truely think he is a douche based on his actions in the NFL games I've seen and his pressers after.

Well I hate the Rams. Hate with a passion. But i respect the hell out of the players and the coaching staff. Fisher is a classy dude. Was listening to his interviews this week and he was very respectful of the Seahawks. Very classy guy. This was in stark contrast to the week earlier when Harbaugh would hardly acknowledge that the Seahawks had any ability at all.

I just dont get the hate that the Rams have towards Carroll. It must really be the rah rah sideline crap he does. But that is just him. He is always respectful of the other team, players, and coaches in all the interviews i have ever heard.

It's good to hate your rivals, that makes it fun.

Don't lump all Rams fans into the Carroll hate though, I don't feel it and I'm as hard a Rams fan as there is.

Fisher is always classy. And always respectful not only about other teams, but if you listen to his pressers, he calls out specific players on the opposing teams by name and states what they are good at and how much he respects their play.

I've seen the same respect from Carroll. He is passionate.

I look forward to many years of you hating the Rams, as I expect there to be many close games over the years with wins and losses for both sides.

Good teams.

This isn't any different than any other rival

Die hard fans are just that; Die Hard.

They live and die with their team and will put down anything that threatens it, no different than we are here

Meh.

Completely irrelevant team. SHOULD be the team that moves to LA. Nobody cares about them.
It's LA's team in the first place. And if I was a betting man, that's the team I would put money on to move there. The owner seems to be doing nothing to reassure anyone that he plans on staying.

Ah who I am kidding? I just want them to move to LA so we have one less Eastern Road Trip a year.

Technically, it was Cleveland's team to start with. Just as bad, I suppose

Did you see Fisher and Carroll after the game shaking hands and gave each other a hug? I'd punch Harbaugh in the cock if I were Carroll.

BTW, regarding the whole relocating teams thing: Let us not forget the moving van crap that Behring put us through. That was darn near us!

without haters there would be zero noses to rub it in, how much fun would that be? lol

I like the Vikings vs Seahawks for the NFC title, that would mean Wilson straight up beats out RG for ROTY, Skins are gonna win right?

THEN, Dolts win the AFC and Seattle meets Luck in the Bowl, Wilson and the Hawks school Luck and the Dolts and win the Championship locking up ROTY for Wilson... ;)

Yeah, the Fans of opposing teams hateing on the Seahawks really bothers mwhhahhhaahahahaaaaaa, ahem, me.
Like we're supposed to just ignore the stabbing in 49rs land of another teams fan eh? s crew those losers.
The intimdation of opposing fans EVERYWHERE needs to stop, but these jokers need to take off their holyer than thou robes, because it isn't just in Seattle that you step in the shit of fools.
Some here at .NET had it right in an earlier thread about representing the 12th man in a more dignified manner.
Just for Y'all,,,I and my wife were intimidated by opposing fans at >>> C-LINK <<<, and, not being the fiesty young man I used to be, I tried to get the controller geeks to get the shit to stop, AND IT DID, until they were out of sight, so I and my wife left the stadium , but not before stopping by and letting some Seahawk folks know that they need to treat BOTH sides who are acting like assholes with an escort to the damned doorway OUT....Here I'm out a couple hundred hard earned bucks, and got a Marcus Trufant autographed mini helmet. guess I should just shut the hell up about it, but I was there to watch a game being played by my Seahawks, and the opposit of some of the opposing fans bitching about Seahawks fans happened at C-LINK by their ilk
Next time I take my wife there again, and I will, I will surround myself with Seahawks fans.

As a fan who has thrown together the Ambush at the Arch for 11 year in ST.LOUIS and some games on the Road (Rumble on the Riverfront.. Cincinnati in 2003),

You get what you pay for..

We get seats in row XX which is the last row at the top. If they want to talk Shit they need to come up to 40 of us... and you need to have fun....we do our Seahawk chants and oh well .. we if they score and laugh at us we smile..

But to say we don't get a good ass chewing when we walk out.. is what's to be expected.

One time we got invited by a Rams booster club to tailgate with them and we did our raffle and eating and then did the Let's go Seahawks! chants.. oh boy.. they did not like it.. well they beat TVJ real bad and when i went to get my Mini Van .. they gave me the business real good with all the " HEY WERE IS EVERYONE NOW"? YOU GONNA COME BACK AND DO MORE CHANTS.. BOY i GOT IT GOOD... but i laughed it off because i lived 25 miles down the road and advised them that it's funny that the top level of the dome was empty and that I would all their friends why they stayed at home...

but back when Faulk and Warner gave us the business. them fans gave it to us good.. and the Seahawks gave us nothing to cheer about.. but hell we again put ourselves in the seats at an away game.. you are going to get it..

But, I have to say really disappointing to hear 14 year old kids getting a mouth full with foul language from Seahawk fans..

There is a 12th man Code ... it's in the Stadium..next to the TUBA MAN memorial and you have a flag that goes up every Sunday at home games. Live up to the code..

Very true.

I choose not to discuss the possible relocation of the Rams back to LA on any board, even a Rams board.

Fact is and has been since 1995: The Rams are in St. Louis.

I live in SoCal and love my Rams wherever they are. I have become used to them being in St. Louis and very much enjoyed my trip to St. Louis to see them play at home.

I expect the team that moves to LA first will be the Chargers. I live in San Diego.

I really don't want to see teams move. It's an awful painful thing to have happen as a fan. Some things should just be sacred.

Agree with Dom, but being in the UK, that's really a football thing for me, I think there's one team that "folded" then relocated, Wimbledon to Milton Keynes, and i'd think most football fans couldn't give a sh*t about the MK Dons, they'll always be Wimbledon; for me, clubs ,whatever sport, should stay in the community they started; they'll always be the LA Rams to me, so i hope they do move back at some point; The "franchise" thing doesn't sit easy with me for the could up sticks and move at any time reason, not fair on the community or fans that supported through thick and thin. How are you by the way Dom :2:
