I think we're better than both teams, though I haven't looked into individual matchups.
Should be a good game tonight. What do you guys think?

cowboys, they're defense is suspect, and i would feel a lot more comfortable facing romo than RG3, our d line is already non existant, can you imagine chasing that dude around all day.. uggghh

I'm not liking traveling to the east coast and RG3 is just too much of a variable don't like that matchup

True, I actually forgot we beat them 27-7 earlier this year. Seems like forever ago.

i voted for the cowboys but i'd be really surprised if they make it

that said RG3 RW head to head would be great

I'd rather keep RG3 outta the playoffs. Russ must have finished with another good QBR so hes gotta still have a good chance at ROY. Even better if RG3 doesn't make it in.

Romo sucks in the playoffs. I think I'll take the Cowboys.

Cowboys.

1. Central vs. Eastern time zone

2. Virtually no home field advantage (look at Dallas at home this year)

3. No weather/elements to deal with

4. No X factor RG3 variable. (Romo much more conventional)

5. We are better then them. We beat them when we were still figuring shit out.

This plus Dullass plays on turf which helps our defense.

DangeRuss vs RG3 would be an epic battle of rookie QBs and would go a long ways towards determining in fans minds which one is better. Unfortunately the ROY voting takes place before the playoffs.

That said, I would rather face Dallas because:

1. They should be easier to beat for the reasons listed above by rjdriver
2. RG3 missing the playoffs helps DangeRuss's ROY chances
3. I'm moving to Maryland this summer, so I'd rather the Redskins take 2nd place so the Seahawks go play them at their house next year, and I can attend.

I think Dallas would favor us for most above mentioned reasons but the Skins game would be interesting esp beating RG3 in the rook matchup. I think I still take the Dallas option if I had a choice though.

We've already beat Dallas this year. I want to see Seattle beat someone new.

I want to play Washington and prove once and for all who the ROY is, no matter who wins the award before the post season.

One QB has thrown two picks, the other team's kicker misses from inside 40. Not exactly a classic so far in a do or die game. If the Seahawks bring their A game next week, maybe it won't matter.

I want the Dallas/Washington game to go into OT. Tire both teams out. Don't care which one wins.

I voted Dallas only for the travelling factor and being closer to Seattle. Not afraid of playing either team right now though.

Watching the start of this game only convinces me further that I would rather play the Boys. As others have posted already the Cowboys may have better skill players talent wise, but not the smarts. The Skins seem to do a better job of taking what is given them, and seem to play safer and smarter. The Boys are prone to mistakes which the Hawks will take advantage of.

Nonetheless if we play like we are capable of we will beat either of them.

I originally wanted the Cowboys, but after watching RG3s lack of mobility, I would rather have the Skins. We play well on grass too... remember the Bears game? With RG3 hurt the Cowboys have much bigger big play ability from both their kick returners and WRs/RBs which could switch the game around.

Skins, simply because it is really hard to beat the same team twice. Sooner or later in the playoffs you need to, but I prefer that rematch to come later.

If you are gonna win it all you need to be able to beat anyone and I think Seahawks could beat both teams. That being said the Redskins are on a hot streak just like the Seahawks and I would rather see them play the Cowboys.

RG3 isn't nearly as scary without the ability to pop a 80 yard run on the read option. Dallas D was stupid. We usually do pretty well against the read option (Cam Newton, Kaepernick).
