Hopefully yes? I want ROY for him, and the more publicity the better!

Not so far as I've seen. I'm waiting. Patiently, so far.

I doubt he'd get any love for breaking it!

only a passing mention of it... but on a different note, I thought that it was a telling feature that Russell and co thought it more important for the beast to get his 100 instead of rw get his 27. classy

Speaking as a Seahawk fan, I'm sick of whining that we are unrecognized. I might agree that other parts of the country get more hype than us,...but in the end, who cares. Get the wins, that is all that matters. Let's leave the whining for the Whiners down south.

Our very own "Doub" from before the Scout days is the only write-up I've seen on this subject:

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/seattle-russell-wilson-ties-peyton-manning-rookie-record-013137052--nfl.html

From the article:

Quote:
The 11-5 Seahawks were eliminated from consideration for the NFC West title as the San Francisco 49ers took their second straight division crown with a 276-13 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

I like that his 26th passing TD to tie the record went to #26. Kind of nifty. Good for Wilson, good for Robinson.

Didn't see the highlight on the "highlights" portion of the late game's intermission. Shhhh... it didn't happen, folks.

But ... but ... but, we beat the lowly RAMS by only ONE touchdown. Shame on the Seahawks for not scoring over 30 points. Because they couldn't score 30 against the RAMS, now we need to drop them to #18, right behind the Colts, the Bears, the Dolphins. By the way, did you see how many points the 49ers scored against the Cardinal? Wasn't that amazing? Any team that scores so many points against the Cardinals should be awarded ... the SB ... signed ... ESPN Experts ... Paid $1million per year to educate their viewers about Football ... lol

Imagine the media hype if Luck or RG3 had tied the record.

ESPN doesn't have it at all. What a joke.

That's because they didn't count the last one against G-bay! He only had 25 in their eyes

Yep, it's a freaking shame. I hope RG3's crappy game makes the voters go to Wilson.
