Sure, the Cardinals are a team in disarray. They've lost a good skid of games, and don't look like they're going to march into the division leader's house and pull a game out. But still:

Shocking stat: Quarterbacks have an NFL-low 68.5 rating against ... the Arizona Cardinals. #49ers

As long as we take care of business at home, it may not be as long a shot as we think.

Our chances at the division are slim and none.

I just can't see the Cards winning this game.

Brian Hoyer will throw it to Larry Fitzgerald though. He's light years better than Lindley and Skelton.. his biggest issue is experience in that offense.

Another issue could be.. how much does Arizona really care at this point?

It's a long shot for sure.. but who knows, stranger things have happened

If they played the 9ers at home, maybe they stand a slim chance. But in my new positive outlook, yes there is a chance they could put up a decent effort for a few quarters.

Negative Nancy alert! Same as I can see the Rams beating the Seahawks.

Both games could become a divisional dogfight. Or not.

Remember 1999 when we needed the Chiefs to lose to the Raiders (at Arrowhead) in the final week in order to win the AFC West and make the playoffs?

We need some of that karma!

I'm not even considering a division championship Sunday. Sorry to use a bad pun but it simply "isn't in the Cards."

Had we not slept-walked through that Miami game this would all be moot any ways.

Meh. Let's do it 2011 Giants style and wreak havoc on the road all the way to our rings.

Very interesting that the Vikings announcer's name was, wait for it...

Paul Allen.

I believe and Cards have done it before. I remember this like it was yesterday.

Haha, just watched that on the Top Ten Biggest Collapses on the NFL Network. If Nathan Poole can do it, certainly Fitz can :49ersmall:

(And with that post, I've been promoted to the Practice Squad. Only took a year of hard lurk to get here.)

Enjoying a life sentence in the Clink.
Talked to Sam Adkins at work today.. He seemed pretty pumped by the fact that the Cards #1 choice for HC is already in the organization and will be putting "his" D in a place to wreck havoc on the Digits to cement next years paycheck.

Don't think it's been decided yet. The league sets the game times up for best ratings, so they don't announce until all of the seedings are set by team.

Assume the Seahawks will get the worst possible kickoff time, though. That's been a good predicter over the years. ;)

Or they could have just won another game instead of going 1-5 after starting 8-2.

Hey now. Just like Matt Flynn is destined to be a star in this league because he sat behind and learned from Aaron Rodgers, Brian Hoyer sat behind and backed up Tom Brady. Watch out, Niners! Here comes Brady Jr!
