-- I actually respect him if he is crying. It is good to see a professional athlete care that much. For all the griping we do about guys getting caught smiling, or laughing on the sideline (9 times out of 10 that is just a coping mechanism), it is nice to see someone truly upset and angry that they are getting it handed to them.
-- Either that, or the coaches just told him he needs to go in at tightend with Davis out. "No coach, I don't want to get hit like that." Either or.

This was after they beat New Orleans in the playoffs last year, not from this last game. If you notice Alex Smith's ugly mug smiling in the background. Still a funny meme though.
