How come he is free if he killed Tubaman?
Sorry, I shouldve read the article first. One year for the beating death of a man? WTF? Wow. Ive seen people do more time than that for driving with out a license and thats not a joke.

he was a minor when tubaman was mugged, TM died a couple days after the attack so it was first degree manslaughter
