  • .......and eventually a TD. Get ANY kind of pass rush on that 3rd and 18 and the Huskies have the ball back and there's no TD.

  • Price needs to take note, THAT is how you throw the ball to your TE in the endzone. What you don't do is throw a 90 mph fastball 5 feet over your TE's head.

  • What percentage of UW's yards does Sankey have today? He's pretty much carrying the team.

Going to have to step up soon if they expect to win this.

Spokane kid too (I'm from there so always proud of my hometown guys). And to answer your question, I'll go with like 75%.

Did the math and it was 78% prior to that long pass to Williams.

  • Biggest surprise of the game, Washington's converted 7 straight 3rd downs.

Edit: and as soon as I say that, Price takes a sack on 3rd down.

  • Herby said it best. This is why I give Boise no chance in a real conference. They would get wore down. They would be just like Utah and TCU. Its about attrition. You might win a bowl game with plenty of rest like Utah did against Oklahoma or TCU in the Rose Bowl, but play in a big boy conference where you have to show up every week and you will eventually get exploited.

Maybe, but the flip side is that in a big conference you likely are able to recruit better, bigger guys too.

And about 65 yards to go to get into field goal position. Our return game sucks so we'll probably start inside our 25 yardline.

My guess is that the yellow line on the TV was wrong. Because Washington coaches and players didnt even protest it or seem upset. On TV though it definatly looked short.
