Yup, assuming we don't have a bye, we would have Sherman back for the Superbowl (there's a silver lining to not winning the division, I guess).

Apparently, we're not going to know the results of the hearing until next week sometime.

Ugh! Flying to and from NYC for the hearing in this short window of time and this close to a huge game is gonna take a toll on Sherman mentally and physically.
