"Since the three years I've been here, we've never watched the film with the quarterback. But after practice we watch the film with the quarterbacks. When there comes a ball that's an incompletion I always ask, 'What do you think Russ,' and then he'll say what he thinks and then I'll say what I think, Sidney will say what he thinks. We're all on the same page I think. We still got some work to do but we're all on the same page and moving in the right direction." - Golden Tate on one of the many traits of Russell Wilson that has changed the very nature, and trajectory, of this Seattle offense. http://www.komonews.com/sports/Wide-rec ... 63302.html

I can't wait to see how Russell Wilson and these guys put the whole package together.

Dez Bryant thinks this thread is stupid.
Every time I think I could not possibly find another reason to like this guy...

"'What do you think Russ,' and then he'll say what he thinks and then I'll say what I think, Sidney will say what he thinks." Of course otherwise it would go something like this After watching the play I say what I think then Russell corrects me

Speaking of WRs, what is the status on Rice? We he be good to go against the Cards? I'm just asking because I haven't heard much about him since the hit he took on the winning TD.
Edit: never mind. I just read he is cleared and expected to play.

Nah, I wouldn't knock Hass for not watching film with a rookie backup WR. He always seemed close to the guys who were starting. Do we know that all the WRs are watching film with Wilson, or is it just Tate and Rice?

If they aren't watching video with Wilson, I am sure it is not from lack of being asked to.

Tate's receptions per TD ratio is outstanding. He scores a TD once every 5 receptions (35/7). Anyone know what the record is (with a minimum number of receptions to qualify)? It seems even more impressive to me when you consider he isn't a big redzone TE like Tony Gonzalez or a burner like Mike Wallace.

Each unit (WR's, QB's, Lineman, etc) have their own film study sessions alone with their coaches. Why? Not sure, probably because the coaches can get more work done with the individual units because it's easier to chop up the film into JUST the plays and formations that pertain to that particular unit..........rather than everyone or multiple units in the same film study session.
