I guess there's a Seahawks segment coming up on channel 5. I think it starts at 9, just saw the commercial run through and figured I'd give people a heads up.
Make up a little bit for not having any Seahawks football today.

Really liked hearing the stay healthy part of it, where he was talking about eating healthy and staying healthy for the season. An all around better coaching environment than we've had for a long time.
