Washington's starting slow on offense (other than Sankey) and defense so far.

For some reason the Huskies are now playing ASJ at DE on passing downs.

Huskies suck. Always makes me feel depressed to read through these threads.

I'm watching a balky internet stream but the announcers have mentioned a few times already that it's ASJ on defense.

Huskies manage to get it together on offense and drive down for a TD.

And now the defense is stepping up, forcing a 3 & out.

Yeah, that was a pretty ticky-tack call. Same with the "unnecessary roughness" call on Glenn earlier.

You mean the one where Glenn barely chest-bumped the guy as he was pulling up, the guy flops, and we get flagged?

Yeah.

Hey, Mickens managed to hold on to one!

On another note, Kevin Calabro is one of the best basketball announcers in the land, but he leaves something to be desired as a football announcer.

If Washington can continue to contain John White IV, they should win this one. Utah's QB doesn't look all that great.

Huskies D has been playing well with a few notable exceptions. The O continues to be pretty sloppy, but overall a good performance, and Sankey just continues to impress. Our run blocking is also so far superior to our pass protection it's kind of hard to believe.

KP is a mixed bag today, which is an enormous improvement I suppose.

Nice start to the second half, stuffing Utah on 4th down and then driving for a TD to take a 21-8 lead.

And more missed tackles on defense aid the Utes on a TD drive. 21-15 Huskies now.
