what I was trying to say was that Carpenter will be replacing Moffit in this game and
playing LG. To my understanding, that's where they'll have Carpenter play today. McQuistan is after all far more versatile and able to play both guard positions and could even fill in at either tackle position in a pinch if need be.
I think you were reading something in to it there that I hadn't meant to say.

He painted it as an easy victory for the Patriots -- which I why I chose to respond ... and to his credit, he graciously responded back ...
