Stubhub worked for me when I needed it, don't know if it's the best or not. There's also ticket exchange on the .com site.

This site is a lot like Priceline for tickets... check it out: http://goo.gl/G1DZb - It's called ScoreBig - heard an ad on the radio for it... seems pretty cool. _________________

I've had great experiences with stubhub, razorgator and ebay
There's also the fan ticket exchange on .com that is run by TicketMaster
