I apologize if this will be difficult because I'm a huge gamer and have beat A LOT of games. Just recently played the crap out of skyrim, beat LA Niore, played Boarderlands. Most EA games I already own, and am not interested in Call of Duty or Battlefield. Any ideas?

You might want to check out Batman Arkham City or Assassin's Creed Revelations if your into either of those games.

Uncharted 2 then 3, Batman Arkham Asylum and then Arkham City should be "must-buys."

It's a little old now, but if you haven't played Fallout New Vegas... you should. With the expansion packs, you could play that game for years and not get to everything. Great plot too.

I ended up getting bioshock and bioshock 2. I think I'm going to hit up fallout and the arkhams within the next month or two though.
