They make me shave for picture day. Who wants to be remembered as a scruffy slob? I do... but the boss doesn't like it:

Heh, ya I do like to give goofy faces thats for sure.

Right now Im doing lead guitar and lead vox for a thrash metal band called UncleAngst. Which you can check out here: http://www.myspace.com/uncleangst

In the studio now. Its sad really. We only have one show lined up for the CD release party then we will lose our drummer. So Im thinking about finally starting my Bob Marley tribute band. Wanna see a white guy fronting it? HA!

OKTOBERFEST! Some kid asked me about my heritage and our big contribution and Oktoberfest was the best I could come up with on the spot. He asked what it was... and I said everybody dances to polka and gets really hammered. For some reason it seemed more cultural the way my dad explained it to me as a kid.

I thought the same thing, 'specially with the color scheme. But, hey, the munchkin's sooo cute, who cares.

Yours Truly finishing the 2009 Seattle Rock n' Roll Marathon. Marathons are TOUGH, but running them on concrete is BRUTAL. I've never been in so much pain. On the bright side, we raised $4 million for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, so that's pretty cool.

Fathers Day gift from the family. I love that they don't want to ruin a good picture by having dad in it! Woot!

This is me finishing my 3rd (and most difficult) leg of the 2009 Ragnar Relay (Northern Lights). It is a 185 mile relay from Blaine to Langley (Whidbey Island). It was tough (hotter than hell and 1 hour sleep in 26 hours of racing), but a blast!
