This is one of the best runs of all time, at least the best in recent memory. I was super pumped especially when he through that guy to the turf. Lynch may turn out to be a steal for you guys.

I was watching "THE RUN" again and found that this play was destin for greatness when the announcer said, "THE CROWD IS SILENT NOW" (of course the rest of it is: vs when the Saints have the ball)

But, as a Seahawks fan, I thought as long as I'm alive I'd NEVER hear those words associated with the 12th man! EVER......................

I thought that comment showed how in tune the whole crowd was with the game. This was after last call on beer too, mind you, so even after the massive final consumption of hooch, the fans still knew when to cheer and when to not. Often at Oregon State football games this last season (I know, huge stretch to compare Beaver crowd to a Qwest field crowd) the Beaver fans would still try to be as loud as possible even when the offense was on the field... leaving me and another friend (who also posts on this board) shaking our heads.

My wife is starting get mad at me because I've been watching it over and over every night when we get in bed... Can't stop watching...

Just watched it yet again; only this time I "analized" it (first 20 time I watched it going "OMG OMG OMG!").

You'll notice one of the main keys to the whole thing is Mike Robinson surgically removing Jonathan Vilma from the play. He hits him square in the hole and peels him out and bowls him into... you guessed it... Roman Harper (who was being blocked quite well by Obo at the time). Fullback took two defenders who were in a great position to make the stop completely out of that play.

Fancy that... the most epic run in franchise history is run out of a boring old "Offset I" formation and depended on a key block from the fullback. Mack Strong would be proud.
