He seems to have a solid case against the NFL and SHOULD be reinstated next year. We all know he wont be resigning with Seattle in 2014, who do you think signs him up? My guess would be the Giants or Redskins.

Who else goes after him via free agency?

Jax - Bank on it. Most our mid tier higher tier guys will make their way there. Similar system, for an increase chance of continued success. They also have the cap space and money.

assuming he doesnt win his appeal (I doubt he will at this point). he wont even be eligible to play 2014.

Harbaugh ... No doubt.

Not a chance. Nothing to do with his history...just too many other players to sign.

I say Oakland.

Washington, since he could help with Dez. But then he would probably get eaten up by the Eagles. Not sure, depends on what stage he is deemed to be in while he is suing the NFL or if his second appeal works.

His appeal doesn't matter when he gets an injunction against the NFL preventing them from enforcing any ban. And just on what's come out so far, he will get an injunction.

If it happens that would be my bet.

Jax. I have a good feeling Gus will want him since he has played a few years under his system. I mean why not?

If he ends his case before the free agency window, Jacksonville.

If he faces some suspension time, us. He still has a place here on the cheap. His intimidation factor is off the charts, his special teams is worthy, and I think he has a role as a tight end coverage specialist.

UM don't we want him and his kick ass attitude on our team not someone else that we have to compete against? I love the way he plays.

I think Dallas. Jacks is way too obvious and they are young and building through draft. WT3 if available I could see. Dallas is always in win now mode and if the current staff is retained they try. They want to try to do what we do so bad. I don't see any situation where he ends up back here.

But do they create Marinol? I think they do, and If they do, they are essentially growing pot.

It was a joke and based on your response, you clearly got my point. Nothing but net!

Marinol is made by Abbott, and I believe at one point was made by Unimed/solvoy.
Drug manufacturers are always merging or bigger ones are buying small ones.
Proctor and Gamble is pretty much out of the RX/scheduled drug business, they are more focused on OTC medicines and non medical products like shampoos, deodorants, and toothpaste etc etc etc.
