You make assumptions about what people think OVER and OVER and OVER, it gets pointed out OVER and OVER and OVER, by me as well as others, and all you are doing is trying to muddy the water and draw attention away from what was said by making accusations. I'm just tired of arguing with you, I think I first told you that well over a year, if not multiple years ago, and not a damn thing has changed. First, you explained NOTHING to me, so don't even try. Finally, yes I assume things about people by taking what they post here, and extrapolating upon it. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE can feel free to correct anything that I say in reply to their posts. I may be right, I may be wrong, and I don't judge a persons total being by their posts, but in here, that's all I have to go by for discussion purposes, so that is what I use. This is a forum where opinions are discussed, If you don't want yours discussed, stop posting. If you don't think I've got it right when I comment on something you say, feel free to correct me and point me in the proper direction. I will always extend the same courtesy to anyone who misunderstands any of my posts. Of course if you can't actually correct anything I said about your opinion, than why would you attempt to "correct" it?

I don't know about that... I have a lot of connecting flights through Dallas and getting my passport out/going through customs sounds like a pain in the ass.

Exhibit A of government inefficiency: Demanding oversight of everything that goes wrong, but not even bothering to filter whitehouse.gov for the obviously illegal and unconstitutional petitions that get submitted.

Unfortunately the petition site is used like how most people view how to run this country... a joke.

If it was addressing the marijuana quote, I don't know how that's an "orange in the bowl of apples" as it is a recent law that is currently a hot topic of debate because it does fly completely counter to federal law.
If it was addressing the post you quoted, you completely missed the point, and I'm not sure explaining it will get us any further along.

not a Texan, but don't mind living here. Plenty here in the Metroplex to keep my mind off politics. Not to mention the total kick ass cost of living compared to the NW.

In the TV show How the States Got Their Shapes, it was mentioned that Texas is the only state that has their own power grid in place and is not part of the rest of the US in that regard. They did that way back when so if they decided to leave the Union they wouldn't have to worry about power. And to think, 2 of our recent presidents are from there.
