I plan on switching to... oh wait, theres no real competition for them huh?

source wrote:Adobe said Thursday that it recently suffered a massive security breach which compromised the IDs, passwords, and credit card information of nearly three million customers.
    ...
    (more relavent)
Arkin said the unknown attackers made off with encrypted credit and debit card numbers, "[a]t this time, we do not believe the attackers removed decrypted credit or debit card numbers from our systems."

The software firm also said "source code for numerous Adobe products" was stolen in a separate intrusion that could be related to the theft of customer information.

So it sounds like they didn't go Full Sony and keep everything in plain text (thank God!). Hopefully that stolen source code makes it into some open source alternatives ;)

  • Their new subscription service (believe their entire suite for $40/month or what 3grand to buy it?) is a good reason to store payment info with them.

I did. The next logical question would be; who owns the company that pays for my license?

You two geniuses have these reversed. Come on, guys. "You're" is a contraction for "you are", as in, "at least you are making up for the piracy"; while "your" infers ownership, as in, "Didn't you just say your company pays for your license?" The company is what's being referred to, so his company, her company, your company. You don't say "you are company" when referring to someone's company. Try saying it aloud. "Didn't you just say you are company pays for your license?"

If you have trouble remembering it, then just ask yourself if you can stick "you are" in there and have it still sound alright. It'll either sound fine, or ridiculous. If it sounds ridiculous, then you need to use "your".

    IT'S NOT THAT HARD.

    Grammar Nazi, out.

Not really. You can go with the following, (surrounded by colons) which get halfway there, though: :34853_doh: (34853_doh) :dummy: (dummy) :white_flag: (white_flag)
