A 1986 Honda Nighthawk 700; it's a "tarrif bike", thus thy de-stroked the 750 to avoid that on US models. The reason I always wanted one was because of the unique engine design. It has hydraulic lifters, so no valves to adjust, dry sump oil, with an oil cooler (the oil resides in the frame), and shaft drive. A wear hardy workhorse of a bike, supposedly kicking out 80 horsepower at the rear wheel. It's a SCALPEL on the highway, with the 16" front tire and sport bike inspired suspension. Finally think I found the bike I want to restore; now I just need another bike so I can stop riding it long enough to do some work!
