Very impressive. The fastest I ever lost was 30lbs in two months my sophomore year of college, went from 185 to 155. Put on about 15lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat in the next two years, then I stopped running and everything went to shit. Right now I'm at my heaviest at 235-240. Need to kick my ass back into gear.
