Thanks you everyone. Well what has worked for me is eating healthy that means no more fast food no more soda or caffeine. I drink lots of green tea I meat lean meats small portions 6 times a day. I focus of protein the more protein the better. My work out schedule is 3days on 1 day off 365 days a year. When I do work out I do weights for an hour and half to 2 and do cardio for 30 mins. It takes time but it will show over time and I will post a photo later
Well for breakfast I like oatmeal with a banana. My snack I have either veggies or these protein bars from Walmart called life choice. I eat some time of lean meant and veggies for lunch. My after noon snack it's an apple with a little bit of peanut butter. And dinner it's a salad with grilled chicken and a vinaigrette salad dressing lightly put on. Also make sure you are drinking at least 64oz of water a day
Very impressive. The fastest I ever lost was 30lbs in two months my sophomore year of college, went from 185 to 155. Put on about 15lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat in the next two years, then I stopped running and everything went to shit. Right now I'm at my heaviest at 235-240. Need to kick my ass back into gear.
