I did.
I made a concoction of cream cheese, butter, green onions, fresh garlic,and fresh grated parmesean.
Pre cooked the onions and garlic in butter, added salt, pepper, and thyme to it. Reserved in the fridge.
Took 2 Portobellos and 2 Anaheims, and roasted them, until the water receded from the portos. Then filled them with the filling.
Roasted them with the meat we were cooking.

Ribeyes and pan fried fingerling potatos with garlic, onion and lots of butter. Wish I could do that everyday.

Grilled sirloin strips, drenched by olive oil infused with black pepper, then crusted with Montreal steak seasoning and grilled medium rare.
