Anybody here ever taken this class at the gym? Totally kicked my ass 2 days ago...still sore.
Is it still ok to keep up lifting/cardio rountine while sore?

Sore is fine as long as you're being honest with yourself about being just sore and not injured. IMO, if you're having range of motion issues or have new joint pain, then back off. Otherwise get warmed up properly and get back at it.
