Just stopped by the Barbers in Salmoncreek and everyone's decked out.even wearing new replica Jerseys.

I'm in Westport for the weekend, and went to the mall in Aberdeen to get my mom-in-law a new coffeemaker. A salesgal at the store saw me walking in with my leather Seahawks jacket, Seahawks wool scarf I bought at the game last year, and "Hawkaholic / Addicted to Seattle Football" t-shirt, and came running over exclaiming that she could sell all of it right now to the highest bidder. There have been all kinds of people looking to buy Hawks swag, apparently.

I know, and I really don't know how to take it. I wear Seahawks stuff every day of the year and remain pretty anonymous. Now, all
day long people are yelling, "Go Hawks!" wherever you go.
I guess it's cool, but also a little jarring when you wear stuff like that all of the time and never get any reaction whatsoever from people the other 364 days out of the year.

It is a big change from the days of wearing our gear and people would just say," oh your a Seahawks fan huh?"
I always replied "yea born and raised, what bandwagon are you on?"

As there are many people transplanted from the northwest down here in Arizona working where I do, I received tons of good comments from my sporting the Sherman and Wilson jerseys this week. Was hoping for the same good luck with wearing Wilson's jersey on last night of work week similar to last weekend but alas close but not close enough.
