    The Hollywood Tavern

The Food Network set out to discover the Best Cheesesteak outside Philly and found one here in Washington! The Hollywood Tavern, located in Woodinville, made the list of ten places outside of Philadelphia.

What is a Philly Cheesesteak you might ask? It's a delicious sandwich loaded with grilled steak, onions and the best part - it OOOOOZES cheese.

Here's what makes Hollywood Taverns Sandwich something to write home about - they start with a buttered and toasted Grand Central Bakery Hoagie. The hoagie is obviously doused with ribeye steak which is prepared with HT3 seasoning (it's their secret sauce so don't even think about asking any questions), and loads of sautéed and seasoned white onions, red bell peppers and mushrooms. Let's not forget the cheese sauce. OH BABY THE CHEESE SAUCE IS WHERE THE MONEY IS MADE. The sauce is made with cheddar and jack. Oh yes, baby, oh yes.

    Carousel Restaurant & Bistro

A French restaurant housed in a former opera house may seem like a surprising place to spot a cheesesteak, but that’s just what you’ll find at Carousel. This version of the Philly classic is interpreted through a French lens — prime cuts of beef are seared on a flat top with Carousel’s own steak seasoning, then cooked with caramelized bell peppers and onions in beef consomme.

  • Great, nothing b etter than a good PHILLY cheesteak.

It's all about the bread, which is why it's so difficult to replicate anywhere else, same as a pizza.

    Water

Water to make it, and NY NJ PA have great water and though many have tried.. all have eventually failed elsewhere.
